Introduction

"Arrow Hunter" (the "App", "we" or "us") deeply respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Please read this Policy carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the App.

Our promise: Arrow Hunter is a fully offline casual game. We do not collect, transmit or store any personally identifiable information on our or any third-party servers.

1. Categories of information

1.1 Information we do not collect

Identity data (name, phone number, email, government ID).
Location data (GPS, Wi-Fi or cellular).
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, UDID).
Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calendar.
Account credentials (no sign-up required).
Payment information (no in-app purchases in v1).

1.2 Information stored only on your device

The following data is kept locally on your device (via the iOS NSUserDefaults system) and is never uploaded to any server:

2. How we use local information

2.1 The local data above is used only to:

power core game features (level unlock, scoring, daily check-in);
remember your preferences (sound, haptics, etc.);
display your achievements and best scores.

2.2 The App does not:

send any of this data to our servers or any third party;
build user profiles or perform behavioral targeting;
share, sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Device permissions

We follow a least-privilege principle and only request permissions when strictly required:

Version 1 does not request any system permissions. If a future version needs a permission, we will explain the reason in the release notes and ask for your consent.

4. Third-party services

4.1 Version 1 does not integrate any third-party SDK, including but not limited to:

Advertising SDKs (none).
Analytics SDKs (none).
Push-notification SDKs (none).
Social-login SDKs (none).
Payment SDKs (none).

4.2 Should we ever add a third-party service, we will update this Policy and clearly notify you in the App.

5. Information security

5.1 Because all information stays on your device, security is provided by your device itself (lock-screen passcode, Touch ID / Face ID, etc.).

5.2 We recommend that you:

enable a lock-screen passcode;
do not lend your device to strangers;
back up important data regularly.

6. Deleting information

You can delete local data at any time:

Clear game data: in Settings → Clear all game data.
Uninstall the App: iOS automatically deletes all of the App's data.

Deletion is irreversible — please proceed with care.

7. Protection of minors

7.1 The App is rated 4+ and intended for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, there is no risk to minors' personal data in the App itself.

7.2 We still recommend that minors play together with a parent or guardian and that playtime is kept reasonable.

7.3 If a guardian has any concerns about a minor's privacy, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this Policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1 We may update this Policy from time to time as required by law or business needs.

8.2 The updated Policy will be available in the App, and you will be notified by an in-App alert before it takes effect.

8.3 Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

9. Your rights

Even though Arrow Hunter does not collect your personal information, applicable privacy laws still entitle you to:

Be informed — read this Privacy Policy at any time.
Choose — stop using the App at any time.
Delete — wipe local data through in-app settings or by uninstalling.
